Covid - 19 Guidance Documentation
Following today’s (4 January 2021) announcement from the First Minister, the Scottish Government and Scottish Golf have confirmed that (as has been the case throughout the pandemic) golf is a sport that can be played outdoors with physical distancing and increased safety measures in place. This continues to be recognised and from 00.01 on Tuesday 5th January:
• Golf courses can remain open for play with a maximum of two players from up to two households
• Book tee times in advance - no turn up and play
• Golfers must stay close to home, travel only for essential purposes (exercise is included in this) and in line with the new legislation
Please follow these guidelines so that we can continue to play golf responsibly in these difficult times.
Police are continuing to make checks and visit Clubs (they were at the Club on Sunday) to ensure that everyone is following the rules.
