The Club are searching for a Cook/ Chef to provide catering for the 2017 Season and beyond. Duties will include all aspects of Catering, including ordering supplies, and occasional "front of house" duties.
The successful applicant will provide catering to Members/ Visitors and Guests on a "franchise" basis. In 2016 the turnover for the catering was cira £30K - £35K, which is an area of the golf club that can be developed further, increasing income.
