Winter Preferred Lies

Having discussed this with various people, it would appear that normally preferred lies extends to the semi-rough.

Greenkeeper advises this is a better idea, as it prevents an incease in divot marks etc.

So with immediate effect, preferred lies includes the fairway and semi-rough.
