WL Prize-Giving/ Texas Scramble
Well it was an exciting last round in the Winter League with a few changes to leaderboards etc. All will be revealed after the Capt v Vice-Captain Match this Sunday 2nd April. Meet at the clubhouse for 12.00pm for a draw to be made. A buffet will be available after the game. Just a reminder that there are still spaces for the Open Texas Scramble on Sunday 9th April 2017. £50 for team of 4 persons. Potential Prize Money of £60 each for the winners.

Penultimate WL Round
It was the penultimate round of the Winter League and it's close! One final round could decide the winners. With Summer Greens I wasn't expecting many sub 60 rounds but we got 2! Jim Samson had his best round of the season with a Nett 57 to help his final best 6, whilst David Scott, who I think has yet to play 5 rounds had a nice 59. Saving their handicaps till the end?? Winter League Week 16
With only a couple of rounds left to go the "title race" is hotting up. 10 players had their handicaps slashed this week. Obviously the wet conditions were favoring somehow! There was a change at the top of Section one as Peter Russell with his superb scratch 63/ Nett 57, snatched top spot from Ron Lambie in the Eclectic.
