Burns Supper

Friday night saw a packed clubhouse, as the Dunkeld and Birnam Seniors (DABS) entertained 60 members and guests with their "Touch of Burns" Night.

Davie Miller piped in the Haggis and later provided his Tam o' Shanter rendition.

Colin Nisbet addressed the haggis and with his "swashbuckling skills" not only stabbed and poked the haggis, but successfully dowsed the Captain in water as he attempted to slash at a vase of flowers, spilling it's contents!

David and Margaret Scott provided a humerous if not "marital insight" when toasting the lassies and the lads.

Dave MacDougall provided the Immortal Memory, while the evening continued with a sing a long with Burns songs.

There are so many thank yous to mention, but what cannot be denied is one of the most enjoyable and successful evenings to be had by those attending.
